I was disappointed with the lack of special attention during our stay. We requested room decoration for our wedding, but the staff flatly denied our request and offered no alternatives. Additionally, there was no water provided in the room, and having to walk all the way to the water fountain was inconvenient.

I had a lovely stay at Pentahotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had modern decor. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the temperature comfortable. Its proximity to the Tuen Mun MTR station made accessing the city super easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful, always ready to answer questions. One downside was the cleanliness. I found some dust on the bathroom amenities and noticed crumbs in the hallway that shouldn't have been overlooked during cleaning. Having a bar on-site added value, but it wasn’t open during my visit in the afternoon, which was a letdown. Despite these issues, the overall vibe of the hotel was nice for a relaxing trip.
